I know, the words “easy freezer meals you can prep in just 10 minutes” sound like music to your ears, right? Almost too good to be true? Well, I’m here to tell you, it’s not!
We all have those days when ‘busy’ is an understatement. And having dinner on the table at a decent hour is near-impossible unless you resort to takeout, which is alright some days, but nothing can beat a good, homemade meal.
Not only will these freezer meals be your saving grace as you fish them out of the freezer on these mad-busy days, but you can also plan to make them on one of them.
Get up 10 minutes earlier, and let your slow cooker work it’s magic while you’re out doing your thing. Then come home to the warm, wonderful aromas that lure you to the dinnertable as soon as you step into the door.
Mamas, here are my 3 slow cooker easy freezer meals for you to take note of, and enjoy.
1. Crockpot Barley Stuffed Peppers
This dish comes together so quick! It’s filling is not your ordinary one – it’s bursting with a delicious mixture of barley and beef. If your kids are picky (heck do I relate!), get them to try the filling. My 8 year old doesn’t like the bell pepper, but loves the filling, so I’m happy!
All you need to do to make this dish is parboil the barley for 10 minutes, and in the meantime mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then, add the barley, stuff the peppers, and set it to cook. Easy, right?

2. Crockpot Whole Chicken
I’m cheating here, because this one takes less than 10 minutes 😅
All you have to do is mix 3 herbs & spices, rub them into the chicken, set, and forget! Can it get any easier?

3. Mama’s Crockpot Ribs
Have you ever cooked ribs in your slow cooker? If you have then, you know what I mean when I say that ribs in the Crockpot are unbeatable. If you’ve never tried them, this is your sign!
The only work you have for this dish is putting them into the slow cooker as is, then mixing the ingredients over a low flame until you get a gooey, delicious mixture. Once the ribs are cooked, slather on the sauce, and grill for a few minutes. That is it!
This is one of my favourite, easy 10 minute Crockpot freezer meals.

“When I bought my slow cooker, I thought it would be a case of just dumping the food in there and forgetting about it. Well, to my surprise, there was more to it!
