The 'Think like a planner' 5 DAY CHALLENGE


Are you ready to shift your planning mindset so you can start to MEAL PLAN? 

This challenge has been launched to celebrate the re-launch of the successful online course 'Dinner in a Flash' (coming at ya soon!)

We've been noticing that whilst all the skills I teach inside DIAF can be taught to virtually anyone and everyone, the planning mindset (or lack thereof) often hinders one's success rate.

The number one issue with people who cannot seem to get down with meal planning, batch cooking & the like is that they struggle with the PLANNING aspect. Especially when they are dealing with self-sabotaging statements like:

I hate planning
I don't know how to plan
I start planning, but then I fail to stick to it
I get overwhelmed & give up

Now I know that there are a lot of you who would LOVE to be able to meal plan and batch cook successfully, but unless you adjust your mindset about planning, you're never going to be ready for the skills part.

For this challenge, instead of tackling time management/cooking skills, we'll be tackling MINDSET.

The internet is flooded with resources to learn cooking and time management skills, yet there's no place you can actively work on your changing your mindset about planning.

This is why we have come up with the THINK LIKE A PLANNER challenge.

We want you to start thinking about planning differently, because we know that once you've shifted your mindset, that's when the magic can happen.

ALL YOU NEED IS A FEW MINUTES DAILY TO THINK - RATHER THAN DO!

I'll be live for 5-10 mins everyday at 12:30pm in the FB group to go through the day's assignment and answer any Q&As.
